Anyways, yesterday, i went for a trip to this place called Al Faiyum. If you're a Muslim and take any interest in Islamic History, this is one of them. Faiyum is the only place on earth that is made by the command of Allah SWT. He commanded Prophet Yussuf to make this city to ensure survivals of the Egyptians when the seven year drought came around. Al Faiyum means a thousand days because thats how long the place should have been made. Instead it was only made in 70 days !! Cool huh!!
Well aside from that, it the place where this dude named Korun (I'm not sure that's the spelling), which is said to be the richest man in history, kept all his riches. We visited one of his palaces and it was damn cool (although it's not completely the same thing).
He lived at the time of Prophet Musa (or others may know as Moses) and it was Moses' prayers that killed him. How? Him and most of his riches was swallowed by the earth where its now a lake (forgot what its called).

The trip was all good until our bus got stuck in the mud by the lake. Had to stay in that place for a while, but we finally got out.
Aside from the fact that people kept feeding me throughout the whole trip,
it was all and all a good trip. I NEED GYM!!
